Our content. The text, images, renders, graphics, logos and software on the Website belong to RLT Visualization Studio or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do. You may view the Website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

03Our Services

What we do. RLT Visualization Studio creates 3D renders, 3D models, 360° views, walkthroughs and 2D drawings for interior designers, architects, contractors and other clients. You can find details on our Services page.

Project agreements. Each project is governed by its own quote, proposal or agreement. If anything in that document differs from these Terms, the project document applies to that project.

Quotes and payment. We quote every project individually, based on its scope and complexity. Payment terms are set out in each quote or invoice.

04Your Files and Our Deliverables

Files you send us. When you send us plans, images, specifications or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. We use them only to deliver your project.

Using the final renders. Unless your project agreement says otherwise, once your invoice is paid you may use the final deliverables to present, market and promote the project, for example on your website, on social media, in presentations and in printed materials.

Our portfolio. We may show completed work in our portfolio, case studies and social media. If you need us to keep a project private, tell us before the project starts and we will respect it.

05Third-Party Links and Tools

The Website links to and uses tools run by other companies, such as scheduling, video, 360° viewers and messaging services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

06Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses or other harmful components.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLT Visualization Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services.
